Security Policies

Command safety is enforced before process execution.

Modes:

• WARN: allow unknown binary and log warning.
• BLOCK: reject unknown binary.
• ALLOW: skip safe-registry checks.

Safe registry defaults include common package-manager executables and is configurable.
