## Data Retention Policy
When a service is canceled or terminated due to non-payment or any other reason, Pixel-Services.com will retain the associated server data for a period of 14 days (2 weeks). During this retention period, users may request access to their data or restore their service by resolving the issue that led to the termination.
### Access and Restoration
- **Access Requests**: Users may contact our support team within the 14-day retention period to request access to their server data.
- **Service Restoration** : Users may restore their service by settling any outstanding payments or resolving the issue that caused the cancellation.
### Data Deletion
After the 14-day retention period, all server data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Pixel Services is not responsible for any loss of data after this period.
